That was probably phrased poorly; I meant 4 separate additional lists ranked by entrant:
  • Highest # votes for a single entry
  • Highest # votes for all entries in a single contest
  • Highest NVC for a single entry
  • Highest NVC for all entries in a single contest (my previous post is a top ten of this list)
Remember that NVC is equivalent to the percentage of total votes cast in tenths of a percent (so fluffy's combined NVC of 238.96 is 23.896% of the total vote). Make sense?
