Bacon burgers, bacon dogs, bacon wrapped bacon fried in bacon grease, raw bacon, burnt bacon, bacon that is still alive! Everybody loves bacon, why not dedicate a theme to it? Bonus internets for actual Kevin Bacon photos! Double bonus internets if you get a photo of Kevin Bacon eating bacon! Difficulty: No police, unless they're photographed with bacon products or Kevin Bacon.
This tasty theme brought to you by NoBigDeal! |

I'm leaning towards "bacon that's still alive" for my entries.
(I'm apparently a blasphemer in that we don't use/make bacon in our home for a variety of reasons.)
I bring this up because I am wondering if I am allowed to use representations of swine (statuary, stuffed animals, cartoonish imagery on murals or t-shirts) as part of my entry?
If not, I understand, just askin'... |

| This just makes me even more sad that I can't find bacon in the UK so easily. Gone are the days of walking down the supermarket aisle and seeing 10 varieties of delicious, delicious bacon. Now the supermarket might have one "bacon" but it's actually just ham. There's a specialty store not too far from me that sells authentic 'merican-style bacon, so I'll be heading there to get some grub soon for this theme. |

| Question: What about photographs of police? Are those sufficient for bacon? |

I think we should stick to actual pork, or Mr Bacon himself.
OK, but I should get extra special Internets for a pic of a cop eating bacon! |

lol I can almost guarantee you we'll get someone posting cop photos unless you want to go ahead and add "No police" as a difficulty |

We probably should add that. |

| Just read in the newspaper that the Bacon Brothers band is coming to a local casino in March. Every concert I've been to at that venue, the artists have a meet and greet after the show in the public area. Too late to get Kevin pics for this one, but I might just have to mosey on down there that night, to see if I can get some shots anyway for a possible "Day late and a dollar short" future contest. Note to self: pick up some of that pre-cooked bacon just in case! |

| I worded it as "Difficulty: No police, unless they're photographed with bacon products or Kevin Bacon." So if someone does get a picture of a cop eating bacon, it would still be fair game. If that doesn't work, let me know! |

I'm going to post myself at Five Guys. First cop that comes up in uniform, I'll offer to buy his bacon cheeseburger for him if he'll pose with it.
/probably not.
//Good idea, though if someone wants to steal it and share half of your "funny" votes. |
